Cherry Mao, who sounds like a cousin to cherry, actually has a closer relationship with Li (the same subgenus as Li). Chinese hair, and the Latin name tomentosa (hairy), should refer to a lot of hair under the leaves. Hairy cherries are native to China. They are called Nanjing cherry here. The trees are relatively small, about one person tall. The trunk died about 5 years ago, and then new branches can be emitted below. Because there is no large area planted in North America, it is not important to bees in the United States.

1. The hairy cherry blossoms of Lijia’s family bloom at the same time as the cherry, slightly earlier than the plum. The flowers are still beautiful,

2. Taken on May 5.1, 2018. The color of the hairy cherry flowers at home should be more accurate. A little pink in the distance, because of the color of the anther base.

3. This flower has many photos of bees because it is at home, but it is not organized and cannot be found! I found these pictures taken on March 26, 2002 (Beijing Botanical Garden, the same day as the hyacinth), that is, they were taken by a fool! Thanks for this flower, the petals are gone. The bees are still collecting.

4. The 3 megapixel point-and-shoot machine also did a good job.

5. Work hard for honey

6. These are taken in 2012.5.1. Jilin. I took the same shot with Li Hua and Xing Hua. This is not a bee, it is a solitary bee in the bee family.

7. The bees are flying.

8. 。Two bees, two bees, fly one piece, fly one piece.

9. Looks like the color above is too yellow, this one is too white

10.The fruit is many (if the bird does not help you eat it), very small. It is smaller than the grapes and has a larger inner core. Each tree is different, some are sweet, some cherry, some sour. The tree in front of my grandmother’s house should be the bird that ate the seeds to help plant.
